- Processing Time: We process and ship your order within 1–3 business days after receiving payment (excluding weekends and statutory holidays).
- Availability: If your order is out of stock or requires custom fabrication, we will confirm the estimated shipping time via email after placing your order.
- Peak Season Notice: During the holiday shopping season or other peak order periods, processing time may extend to 4-6 business days. Thank you for your understanding.
2. Shipping methods and estimated delivery time
We partner with several high-quality international and local carriers, including DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS, and local couriers in certain areas, to ensure your order is delivered safely and on time.
- Within the United States: Estimated delivery time is 14–20 business days.
- Delivery times to major international destinations, including Canada, Europe, Australia, Japan, South Korea, and Singapore, are estimated to be 14–24 business days.

- Cross-border packages are subject to customs inspection, and customs clearance times vary depending on national policies, which may extend delivery times.
3. Shipping and duty information
- Shipping Calculation: During checkout, the shipping fee will be automatically calculated and displayed based on the package weight, volume, and delivery address.
- Duties and Import Taxes: Some countries or regions impose customs duties, import taxes, or customs clearance fees. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid upon delivery or before customs clearance.
- Duty Advisory: To avoid unnecessary delays or fees, we recommend that you contact your local customs office to inquire about import policies before placing an order.
4. Tracking
- After shipment, we will email you the tracking number and carrier information.
- You can check your package status in real time on the carrier's official website or through the tracking link we provide.
- If you have not received tracking information within five business days of shipment, please get in touch with our customer service team immediately.
5. Package receipt and exception handling
- Inspection Upon Receipt: Please carefully inspect the package for integrity before signing for it. If any damage, missing items, or packaging is found, please take photos and report any issues to the courier.
- Delayed Package: If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please get in touch with us immediately, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
- Lost or Damaged Package: We will arrange for reshipment, refund, or other reasonable solutions based on the circumstances.
6. Special instructions
- Address: Please ensure that the shipping information you provide when placing your order is complete and accurate, including the recipient's name, address, postal code, and contact number.
- Multiple Items: If you purchase multiple items at once, they may be shipped in batches due to warehouse or inventory distribution issues, resulting in numerous tracking numbers.
- Force Majeure: Delays caused by natural disasters, epidemics, political events, and other factors are not covered by our promised delivery timeframes, but we will do our best to coordinate with the logistics provider.
