- No signs of wear, stains, odors, or other damage. Only minor damage from trying on is permitted.
- Special Category Note: For items such as lingerie, swimwear, and custom-made items, returns will not be accepted for reasons other than quality issues due to hygiene and customization.
Tips: Please try on items in a clean environment and avoid using perfume, makeup, or contact with pet hair to ensure a triumphant return.
2. Return period
- You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving the item. Requests submitted after this date may not be processed.
- We recommend that you inspect your item as soon as possible after receipt.

- If the product meets the return requirements, a refund will be made to your original payment method (e.g., PayPal or bank card), typically within 3–7 business days.
4. Shipping policy
- Return shipping costs will be borne by TheOptionShark due to product quality issues, incorrect shipment, or damage during shipping. We will provide a return shipping label or reimburse shipping costs.
- Returns due to personal reasons (e.g., color not matching expectations, size not suitable, etc.) will be borne by the buyer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
5. Special instructions

- If the item you received was damaged during shipping or has quality issues, please contact customer service as soon as possible (providing photos is recommended). We will process a refund based on the following circumstances:
Minor damage: For minor scratches or dents that do not affect normal use, we will refund 10% of the item price.
Moderate damage: For significant damage that partially affects the appearance or function of the item, we will refund 20% of the item price.
Severe damage: For extensive damage that affects normal use, we will refund 30% of the item price or provide a full refund or reissue.
